Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Account Manager, Client Success to join our growing team. Reporting to the Director of Client Success, you will be the primary day-to-day contact for our agency and brand clients — ensuring campaign objectives are met and client relationships are strong. You’ll work closely with Sales, Ad Operations, and Data & Analytics to deliver exceptional results


Key Responsibilities
Client Management & Development
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for agency and brand clients post-sale
  • Lead campaign kick-off calls, establish communication cadence, and set clear timeline expectations
  • Provide ongoing campaign updates and proactively escalate risks or issues
  • Manage client expectations around capabilities, constraints, and deliverables
  • Advocate for clients internally and with external partners

Internal Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Partner with Ad Ops, Sales, Rev Ops, and Data & Analytics to align on deliverables and timelines
  • Track open items across cross-functional teams and provide regular updates to leadership
  • Coordinate with Ad Ops on trafficking materials and campaign execution

Campaign Oversight

  • Monitor overall campaign performance and identify delivery risks early
  • Ensure campaign objectives remain aligned with client KPIs throughout the flight
  • Coordinate resolution paths with Ad Ops for any delivery or performance issues
  • Flag and manage scope changes through the appropriate internal process
  • Other duties may be required as business needs evolve.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3–5 years of experience in account management, client success, or digital advertising
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Clear, confident communicator — comfortable presenting in person and via web-based tools
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; comfortable with data and reporting
  • Experience with pharma clients or agencies a plus
  • Familiarity with digital advertising metrics (display, video, point of care), ad serving platforms, or analytics tools a plus
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
Preferred Skills (Not Required)
  • Exposure to ad serving platforms
  • Healthcare media
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics
  • Experience with basic ad tags and monitoring
