Virtual care has fundamentally changed how patients access treatment, how physicians practice, and how pharma brands reach both HCPs and patients. Yet until now, no one had asked all three groups about their experience with virtual care. That’s exactly why we built this. Virtual Care in America: The Populus Report is the first comprehensive study to examine virtual care through the eyes of every stakeholder shaping it: patients, healthcare professionals, and pharma marketers.

Developed in partnership with DHC Group, PM360, and Researchscape International, the report draws on responses from more than 1,250 individuals across all three groups — covering adoption rates, technology barriers, and the future of pharmaceutical engagement in virtual settings.

Look for the full report this May, with highlights featured in the June 2026 issue of PM360. Stay tuned — this one’s going to set the agenda.

They Spun. Everyone Won! Populus At POCMA Now

We partnered with POCMA at their amazing event, POCMA NOW: Pathways to Care at Pier 60 in New York City last month — and honestly, we had a blast!

Beyond the incredible speakers and insights from the main stage, we enticed attendees with our “Spin to Win with Populus” game at our booth.

They spun the big wheel with our new Vice President of Marketing, Andrew Schulman, for a chance to win a pair of Apple AirPod Pro 3s by correctly answering questions from topics such as “Survey Says…” drawn from Populus’s 2025 patient survey and “Fake or Pharma,” where Andrew showed them a brand name and spinners had to tell him if it was “fake or pharma.”
