Populus Health and RevSpring Partner to Revolutionize Digital Healthcare Engagement
Populus Health Technologies, the leading virtual care patient and HCP engagement platform, and RevSpring have entered into a strategic partnership, bringing RevSpring’s expertise as a leading “Digital Front Door” and Omni-Channel Patient Engagement platform into the Populus network of digital healthcare solutions.
RevSpring, a portfolio company of the Seattle-based healthcare-focused private equity firm Frazier Healthcare Partners, has demonstrated significant market success from selling innovative patient engagement, practice management, and billing software solutions.
The collaboration will launch its first pilot program in the Q3 of 2024 in urgent care with over 5 million direct-to-consumer (DTC) and 2 million healthcare provider (HCP) engagements annually both virtually and in-office.
Following this pilot, the plan is to extend the rollout to all RevSpring clients by 2025. The integration of RevSpring’s platform is poised to significantly enhance Populus’ capabilities, driving substantial financial growth resulting from added virtual engagements and expanded service offerings across both HCP and DTC sectors.
RevSpring serves a diverse client base, including small and mid-size health systems, and once fully integrated, the platform is expected to generate considerable engagement volume. These figures underscore the significant impact and potential growth that this partnership brings, promising to reshape patient engagement dynamics and improve overall healthcare delivery.
For Populus clients, RevSpring’s unique access to both patient and HCP all for maximum opportunity across the entire healthcare journey both virtual and physical.
